Try to avoid seeing or hearing any advertising "marketing" for a whole day...
Internet, email, cellphone,TV (in home and in bars, restaurants, airports,train stations, subways,) Movies (product placement), billboards, bus stop ads, radio, etc.
Not so easy......
Now the next day, imagine that you are a cow.... with multiple "brands" burned into your hide.
Every corporation wants to place their "brand"on you,, burn it into your mind, for your entire product/service buying lifetime.
You run through a daily gauntlet of these corporations, wielding their branding irons...at you and your kids!
If they do their marketing properly you even show off your brands to the other cows!
Now take one of lifes simple pleasures like a field of flowers or a fresh loaf of baked bread and let yourself appreciate it....ahhhh
