Now, about  MAY 14,  2011 >>>  5-14-2011 This is the day that I believe a disaster of major proportions will occur within the U S A .
I believe it will be in or very near the New Madrid fault region although another sympathetic fault could errupt  within a few days of this disaster.
The trigger may originate in the Gulf of Mexico Macondo 252 area (BP oil Gusher) and/or from Fracking in Arkansas near the edge of the fault.

As far as I am concerned I see this as already a major disaster and pray strength for those affected. As a country we are losing valuable farmland that feeds us. Scary times we are witnessing folks. 

Today, May 14th, there is a major disaster we know for certain will occur because they will be "unlocking" the Morganza spillway. 

About 25,000 people and 11,000 structures could be in harm's way when the Morganza spillway is unlocked for the first time in 38 years.

In a recent interview with The Real News Network, Robert Alvarez, a nuclear policy specialist since 1975, reports that spent nuclear fuel in the United States comprises the largest concentration of radioactivity on the planet: 71,000 metric tons. Worse, since the Yucca Mountain waste repository has been scrapped due to its proximity to active faults (see last image), the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has allowed reactor operators to store four times 4 ! X more waste in the spent fuel pools than they’re designed to handle.
Each Fukushima spent fuel pool holds about 100 metric tons, he says, while each US pool holds from500-700 metric tons. A single pool fire would release catastrophic amounts of radioactivity, rendering 17-22,000 square miles of area uninhabitable. That’s about the size of New Hampshire and Vermont – from one pool fire.

A magnitude-3.8 earthquake that shook north-central Indiana on December 30th is being called "unprecedented." It was strong enough to actually cause cracks along the ground and it was felt in portions of Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky.
  • Approximately 100,000 fish washed up dead on the shores of the Arkansas River just last week.
So could all of these things have some other very simple explanation?
Possibly.
But the fact that they all happened in or around the New Madrid fault zone is starting to raise some eyebrows. !

The “once in 500 year” flooding of the Mississippi river over the New Madrid fault line is part of a campaign directed against the American people, according to multiple intelligence agency (MI6, CIA, FSB, Japan Security police) sources. A previously unknown fault in eastern Arkansas could trigger a magnitude 7 earthquake with an epicenter near a major natural gas pipeline, a scientist said Wednesday.
The fault is separate from the New Madrid fault responsible for a series of quakes in 1811 to 12 that caused the Mississippi River to flow backward, said Haydar Al-Shukri, the director of the Arkansas Earthquake Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
"This is a very, very dangerous (area) at risk of earthquake," Al-Shukri said. "When you talk about (magnitude) 7 and plus, this is going to be a major disaster."
Haydar Al-Shukri, the director of the Arkansas Earthquake Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock,  did not identify a time frame for the potential earthquake.

May 3, 2011 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (Northern Alabama)

As of late last evening, Browns Ferry has recovered two 161 KV outside lines, and with that has exited the LOOP event criteria which has existed since the 27th of last month following severe tornado damage in the general vicinity. As of this time, the 500 KV grid line has not been recovered, and two diesels are described as not operable but available. The other six diesels are presently fully operable and are in standby (auto-start). Until recovery of the 500 KV line the three reactors will remain shut down in hot standby. There is not yet an expected time/date for the recovery of this system, which is understandable given the wide derangement of the physical distribution system.

In Japan the Earth Quake took out the Main Power to the reactors and the Tsunami took out the Back up Power, leading to a Nuclear disaster of Historic proportions....

The soggy ground makes it easier for the ground in this area to liquefy and become like quicksand . Triggering a New Madrid major earthquake in this environment will be beyond bad. If  Tornadoes can shut down the Nuclear Reactors in Northern Alabama what can the New Madrid erupting do to All of the Nuclear reactors in the area?

And  FEMA is preparing with the largest earthquake drill ever....

The “oil volcano” gusher unleashed by the BP in the Gulf has renewed seismic activity in the New Madrid fault zone.
B.K. Lim has shown that The Gulf sea floor region of the lower Mississippi River and the New Madrid fault zone are connected. Indeed, some believe it was a mini nuke that blew the Macondo rig....to re-activate the new Madrid fault and/or associated nearby faults.

When sediments liquefy, they lose their structure and strength. During earthquake shaking, the individual grains of sand within a deposit collapse on each other and anything built on them can sink or collapse.

My advice would be to watch for ANY earthquake activity in this area and to keep some bags ready to go in the Vehicle . Are there people outside the zone you can visit for a few days?

Some place outside the Zone you have always wanted to see? Always wanted to take the family camping?

Which side of the USA would you choose to be stranded on if Edgar Casey's prediction of an inland sea (Great Lakes to Gulf of Mexico) comes to pass and all of the Bridges are wiped out for who knows how long?

It’s critical to understand the location and current activity of the various faults which exist throughout the GOM andhow they connect to the New Madrid Fault Line, as well as other major faults at much greater distance.  There does appear to be a emerging uptick in earthquake activity in the greater Louisiana area, as well as contiguous regions in the GOM as demonstrated by unprecedented, albeit low level earthquakes.  Correlations between these earthquakes/seismic activity and major operations at the Macondo Prospect have been alluded to in our previous postings, as well as by many recent articles explaining the inevitable subsidence which occurs when prodigious volumes of oil and gas are removed through drilling in the GOM.

Furthermore, we are deeply concerned that, if a permanent moratorium on all new oil and gas drilling and extraction in the GOM is not put into place poste haste, the coastal communities will remain in a very precarious situation.  The most immediate concern relates to the combination of ill-advised drilling activity (conducted in spite of geohazard assessments/recommendations) with unpredictable seismic events, which could trigger undersea landslides at the shelf edge causing massive water displacement.

I believe it will be in or very near the New Madrid fault region although another sympathetic fault could errupt  within a few days of this disaster.
The trigger may originate in the Gulf of Mexico Macondo 252 area (BP oil Gusher) and/or from Fracking in Arkansas near the edge of the fault.

The WABASH Valley Seismic Zone: Mian Liu, professor of geological sciences at the University of Missouri and fellow researchers Seth Stein, a professor of earth and planetary sciences at Northwestern University, and Hui Wang, a Chinese Earthquake Administration researcher, believe the New Madrid quake may have loaded increasing stresses on the Wabash Valley Seismic fault system. It extends through the lower Wabash Valley, near the borders of Southern Illinois and Southwestern Indiana.
"The two areas seem likely to be mechanically coupled in that stress transfer following large earthquakes in one could affect earthquake occurrence in the other," Liu wrote. "Numerical modeling indicates that stress transfer following the 1811-1812 New Madrid earthquakes may be loading faults in the Wabash Zone."
The last major quake to occur along the Wabash Seismic Zone was on April 18, 2008, when a magnitude 5.2 quake centered near Belmont, Ill., was felt across a wide area of the Tri-State.
